INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL OF THE VENUE
Gold Chiavari Chairs with black cushions, Assorted round and rectangular tables for up to 150 people, AV equipment, piano, pipe organ, patio with tables and chairs.
SEATING AND GUEST ACCOMMODATION
The Grand Room is the Seating Area which can accommodate up to 150 guests for sit-down events and 325 guests for cocktail-style events.
RENTAL TIME
8 consecutive hours between 8am and 12am. Additional hours are available at $150.00 per hour with a full day rental package. $250 per hour for additional time added during the event.
VENUE FEATURES
Garden, Grand Foyer, and Grand Room with dance floor, built in bar, kitchen and stage. Green Room for your vendors and an ADA Bathroom. Penthouse Suite with a lounge, full master bath, a vanity room with a full length mirror, vanities, walk-in closet, wet bar, two fireplaces and a balcony. Secondary Suite with lounge, walk-in closet and wet bar. Photo Booth Room. Walk-in large Coat Room. Additional Men’s Restroom and Women’s Restrooms. Speakeasy with lounge, cocktail tables, bistro tables, full bar, stage with lights and a dance floor.
TERMS
50% payment of venue rental is due at the time of booking (non-refundable). The remaining balance of the venue plus all additional services is due 30 days prior to the rental date (non-refundable).
DAMAGE DEPOSITS
$1,000.00 damage deposit* is required with final payment 30 days prior to your event and will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection of premises. *Deposits must be paid with a Visa/MC to be kept on file.
CATERING SERVICES
We are exclusive to using Duos Catering and A Grand Affaire for your catering needs. These are our sister companies that provide a wide range of options from Gastrofare from Duos Catering and classic traditional fare from A Grand Affaire. They both customize your menu and can work within the amount you have dedicated towards your food menu.
*$725 outside caterer fee.
BAR SERVICES
Our bar services are provided by SIP+, our luxury bar service. SIP provides you the best value for your event offering generous packages for those looking for a unique specialty cocktail, Whiskey Bar or classic prohibition period cocktails.
Packages begin at $14 pp. for unlimited beverages and include equipment, glassware and a non-alcoholic beverage package of lemonade, cucumber water and iced tea.
